To keep the fast 72-hour pipeline moving while still giving you a great design, the build phase includes up to two rounds of structural changes to the initial prototype. After those two rounds, we ask you to make a final choice: approve the site to start the handover, or cancel the project.

We never take credit card numbers or banking details over the phone or by email. Once you approve the prototype, we send over a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for you to sign. For registered companies in the Gulf region, corporate bank transfers can be arranged, though passwords are only handed over once funds clear. The $499 is the clean flat price for the development work; any local VAT or transaction fees are added at checkout based on where you live.

Once you approve the prototype and sign the SLA, the invoice is due within 7 days so we can move ahead with booking your domain and hosting and getting your final build underway.

On Day 31, the countdown hits zero and your account changes from “Active Support” to “À La Carte Service” status. Text edits or layout changes requested after this day are treated as paid updates: the request is logged, Rajeeb calculates the scope, and you receive a secure Stripe invoice. Work starts as soon as that payment clears.

To give you a clear baseline: extra design rounds or adding a standard new web page after approval starts at a flat $75 per page. Basic shopping carts or booking calendars start at an additional $250. Complex custom applications fall outside the package and require a custom quote from Rajeeb.

Emergency issues get priority. If your live site ever goes down, message Rajeeb directly and flag it as urgent — it gets handled ahead of routine requests.
